Terms of Service
These terms set out the contract between you and ZenSport Limited when you browse zensportuk.com, buy merchandise from our shop, or join one of our fan-club communities. Read them carefully — they include important limitations on liability.
1. Who we are
ZenSport is operated by ZenSport Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading address Innovation Way, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 4BF. References to "we", "our" or "us" mean ZenSport Limited; references to "you" mean any visitor or registered customer.
2. Acceptance
By using the site, creating an account, joining a fan club or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (18 if buying restricted items), legally able to enter into a binding contract, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
3. Account responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials confidential. Activity carried out under your account is treated as your activity unless you tell us otherwise without delay.
- Provide accurate, current information. Updating addresses and contact data is your responsibility.
- Notify us at ZenSport@proton.me if you suspect your account has been compromised.
4. Buying merchandise
Each order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a written order confirmation. Until that point, we may refuse the order without explanation, for example if a product is mispriced, out of stock or fails fraud screening. Prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate; delivery is calculated separately at checkout.
We are entitled to correct obvious pricing errors before the contract forms. If a price is wrong by more than 20% of the correct value, the order will not be processed and you will be notified.
5. Delivery and risk
UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked, DPD UK or Evri within 48 working hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery windows are guidance only. Risk transfers to you on physical delivery. International orders may take 10–21 days and may attract local duties for which you are responsible.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel any standard order without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill gesture. Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition with original tags.
- Personalised items, opened intimate apparel and digital memberships are excluded by law.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
- We pay for the return label on faulty items; otherwise you cover return postage.
7. Limited / numbered drops
Items marked "Limited" or carrying serial numbers are subject to additional terms shown on the product page. They are non-resaleable through our platform; resale outside ZenSport is at your own risk. We reserve the right to limit quantity per household to prevent commercial reselling.
8. Fan-club memberships
Fan-club memberships are free for verified customers and run on a rolling basis. Members agree to the community guidelines: no harassment, no impersonation, no commercial spam, no copyrighted images uploaded without permission. Volunteers known as "stewards" moderate each club and may remove content or suspend accounts for breaches. Decisions are made in good faith; appeals can be sent to ZenSport@proton.me.
9. Intellectual property
All site content (logos, layouts, copy, photography, code) is owned by ZenSport Limited or licensed to us. You may view, download to a personal device, and share links — you may not republish, sell or scrape it. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the platform.
10. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, denial-of-service activity or attempts to bypass rate-limiting.
- No unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or sexual content.
- No use of the platform to advertise unrelated commercial offers.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability under or in connection with the contract is limited to 150% of the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, business interruption, or pure economic loss.
12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, courier strikes, pandemics, or government action. We will inform affected customers and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version date appears at the top of this page. Significant changes are notified to customers by email at least 14 days in advance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their domicile if mandatory law allows.
